Dear Swati
Its better to stay with your current employer, because you have the very short Experience(7 Months). Try to stay for another 5 months(atleast Upto 1 year). dont see about your salary ,but think of your career where do you want to see your self in long run:)

Hi Shilpa,
You need to analyse what are you gaining from that offerin the eductional institution. Is it a better profile in which you get to learn a lot with a substantially better salary ? Is yes, Then only you need to change, otherwise stick to ur present job for about a year.
After a year you may try looking for other options, if you feel you are genuinely not satisfied with your present job.
Beacuse experince in one organisation as a HR is important for ateast an amount of time (ie 1 year), so that show your commitment to the prospective employer, which will porve a bonus apart from ur salary.
