Hi All,
I agree with slipa's suggestion, I also feel Ramkishore is right on humanitarian grounds.
But friends we are in real situation and the solution should be realistic too. However good you are or perfect in maintaining records there might be scoop for error as we all are human beings.
What I mean to say is let us not be completely professional or emotional either. And a person (Refered candidate ) who is supporting and voluntarily involving himself in this process (crime) is also a criminal.
The objective here is you are paying him double or triple whatever it is ?, You need to allot him the same job for the amount you are giving him and understand whether you can extract that amount of work or make him realize or prove him that it is not his cup of tea , ‘Self realization’.
Suppose he comes out with flying clours, you are luck to have this person in your organization or Ensure he leaves himself and apologies.

As per my suggestion first you had to create some audio-visual or documentation records of the conversation with him in this regard. But after all you have appointed him hence whatever may be his job assignment, try to involve him in all such matters which may be the matter of concern for that director in such a way that he may be held responsible either fully or partially. With reference to the above post Very Very Important Decision : Assistant Directors of Factories Threatening
I would like to thank Vijaykumar, Octavious, Silpa, R Parthasarathy, D. Phani Kumar, Dr.Ashokan, Kuldeep Singh, SS Iyer, Rajesh, for showing their keen interest to solve the issue and support....
Here is the solution and i got relieved from him...as he threatened me i did not approach him again him for 10 days i started to approach know person he is in the same cadre Asst-Director of factories i asked him whether he knows him i found he knows him well i told him he is doing too much in regards to my case i explained him the whole story stated in my post and i warned him saying i can quit this company and can move to some other better job but the Assistant director who has threatened me i will raise a complaint on him to Sr.Direcor of Factories & File a petition against him for CM, Give a Press Release Note and Even get support from Center.....and i know that he can come to inspection and can raise all questions but i know i can do utmost 80% rest he can give me notices i will face legally & Statutorily i said him like this.... It seems he has said to the Director who threatened me...After 5 Days the Director who threatened me called me to my mobile and again he referred me a female candidate this time i got annoyed y this guy????? I called her to interview and checked her interest she was very talented i asked her what is the travelling time she takes from her home to our company she told me it takes around 1 1/2 hour i told her you cannot spend 3-4 hours travelling and i offered her even bus facility but as i suggested her and father she did not turn up...this is for what i was waiting for!!!!!!! i called the Director and told him what sir you are refereeing people this girl i gave her bus facility she is not even responding i did this because she was referred by you... Then he told sorry i can understand you showed preference to her thank you any how.....The Rapport started to built with him any howssssssssss....... Thank you CIteman Friends...
