Hi Malini,
I don't suggest you to make salary twice a month.
and it will be good if you suggest your management to finalise one particular date for release of salary.because its better to follow this practice now itself as it will be difficult when the company will gro and employee strength will increase.

This definitely looks like the best suggestion, but can it attract any legal issues?

No it is not applicable for sometimes or for longer period .Our laws regarding labour and Employees will not support the thought
