Hi, Can anyone please tell me how to inform employees that their salaries will come in two parts for this month via email. Thank you.

Dear member,
How many employees do you have in your company?
If the strength of the employees is less then just give a verbal notice through the HODs or Managers. I say so because legally you cannot split the salary disbursement of the employees. However, considering the current business environment if it merits the splitting the salary then do it but without leaving proof of any kind.
Thanks,

Dear Member,
There are many challenges before every one due to this pandemic. We have to do some adjustment. We should allow the opposite person too do some adjustment.
By law your employer is liable to pay you salary one specific day. But he is enable to pay it on that specific day but paying you in instalment.
You make a draft of memorandum of understanding with the employees to this effect that in current scenario employee will be paid salary in two instalments and post it here. Some one will comment on it and suggest you changes if required. Every thing readily and copy paste is not advisable.
As per the SC guidelines you can have such kind of settlement with your employees under special circumstances.

Hi, I think its important to communicate to your employees about the salary payment early enough so that they are not taken by surprise. Issue an internal memo and give clear reasons as to why this is happening. Also be clear that this is a one time occurrence and not to happen again

If am with other colleagues and suggest you should issue a circular explaining the circumstances. Afterall it's going to be in two parts rather than one as you had hitherto and it's a one time affair. Nothing wrong. If necessary, if there is recognised union take them into confidence, take their concurrence on record and proceed with cool mindset.
