Dear Sohum
Your protected work-sheets are of no use to any one as the formula bar depicts nothings and how things works out is not clear. It just placing certain amounts in different cells, as shopkeeper keeps different goods in different shelves.
Looks as if you are more interested in selling these sheets than helping people out.

Dear Ramaraju,
You have defined certain limits for the allowances to be. But what makes you set these limits is not clear. There must be some logic/law/rule/compulsion behind these limits. one can understand only 12% about EPF.
Please explain.
