Generally these are fake companies. may be your friend can send them a mail stating that the Visa fees etc may be deducted from the salary in installments. If the requirement is genuine they may accept. This help everyone to understand the status of the co.

It is totally fake. pl. dont beleive. Ask them that you are not going to pay VISA and Works Permit Charges. Tell them that Send you VISA and Works Permit and all the Chaerges can be Adjusted from your Salary .They will never agree. Forget all these are offer Letter are FAKE .
