eHorizon India is the creator of eHorizon Human Resource Management System (HRMS), a high-performance Human Resources software, built on Oracle, that keeps pace with the changing needs of your enterprise and workforce.

It lets you manage Human Resources business processes, from recruitment to retirement, with applications built on a best-practices performance record of over 15 years.

Perhaps that’s why organizations such as British American Tobacco (BAT) and Securicor use eHorizon Human Resource software every day.

eHorizon Human Resources Management System is part of the eHorizon ERP, an integrated set of applications, which is designed to transform your business to a strategic force in today’s fast-moving corporate arena.

Use Human Resources to your Strategic Advantage

Let's face it. In the new economy, the entire Human Resources dynamic has changed: It's not about hiring and firing anymore. It's about turning information into knowledge, and knowledge into power. It's about executing corporate strategy. It's about intellectual capacity and the bottom line. It's about creating and deploying highly skilled teams at a moment's notice, anywhere in the world.

Today, prosperous organizations continually review and streamline their business functions and use them to gain competitive advantage. Human Resources Management has undergone a transformation from administrative record keeping to automated processing, and now, to the provision of a new level of strategic value to the organization. Employees are no longer regarded as a mere resource, but are now looked upon a valuable asset to the organization.

This transformation makes sense. People produce the goods and provide the services that fuel organizations. At the same time, the human cost is often the biggest cost a company incurs. Proactive, well-managed human resources directly improve the bottom line and contribute to competitive advantage.

Key Characteristics of this Strategic, Value-Added Human Resource Management

The ability to hire, motivate and retain the most capable workforce in today's world of specialized skills and tight labor markets.

The ability to engage employees and line managers directly in managing their skills and careers to the organization’s advantage.

The provision of accurate and up-to-date workforce information for managers and executives – globally if necessary.

As line managers and employees engage in Human Resources administration through direct access to policies, processes and information, Human Resources professionals can devote their energy and creativity to delivering the maximum value for the organization’s investment in people. By enabling an organization to attract, train, deploy, assess, and reward its people more effectively, the Human Resources function, as practiced by the extended community of employees, managers and Human Resources professionals, provides dramatically extended value to the organization.

The functions that make up eHorizon Human Resource Management System are the means to that end. They embody the latest thinking in Human Resources practices, the most sophisticated technology, and the most flexible approach to managing constantly evolving business.
