Ya its totally depends upon your company policy.b’coz few company dont allow to take PlL during notice period.

Hi, If i do not server last 20 days of notice period , then company can hold my salary and other dues also...(apart they deduct 20 days salary)

If i opt for Pay in liue but company want me to serve whole 2 months..in this case can they stop my dues or relieving letter.
(my offer letter says i can opt for pay in liue ) but in 2008 some policies have been changed but does not say anything about pay in luie
