You have signed an agreement with the comoany, which requires you to give then a 2 month notice.
There is no legal way for you to leave in 15 days.
You can try and negotiate a buyout by paying the differential wages of 45 days, but you must be willing to pay and it's their option whether to accept it.
There are unlawful / unethical methods, which members on this forum do not support. If you follow those (like absconding), you will have problems later as you will not get a relieving letter, background checks will fail and you may let a legal notice for recovery.
I would suggest you resign, serve full notice period and leave.
Incidentally, logistics department in all organisations work 12-14 hours a day. But they have weekly off. Well, somewhat. Because you are expected to be available, online and monitoring certain crutial matters in terms of shipment. So your HR was right in what they told you.

Hi,
Guys we should support him rather than giving him gyan. Your working hours must be conveyed to you during joining ,otherwise you can shoot mail to HR and higher management . You can demand leave and other benefits. It not fair to leave and run from job. If you find it unethical then you can resign mentioning the same in your letter.

Hiten,
This forum will not support an unethical and illegal all.
Not fulfilling conditions of service amounts to both.
So, your suggestion of providing support instead of gyan is, in this case incorrect.
I think the suggestion given by members based on their own perspective and understanding of the problem stated.

Leaving employment without completing notice or absconding is both unethical and illegal.

Interest of both employee and employer should be protected. The law has stipulated guidelines for both. So we should not be biased .
