Ms Preeti Madam,
Greeting's of the Day!!!
The problems mentioned in your post are very common and exists most of the manpower oriented industries like textile etc. As an HR representative ,we generally try to control the same mainly by improving Interpersonal Skill through regular meetings with Production Manager and Labour Supervisor . There must be exchange of deficiency in Production Targets and also recognition of good work done by the respective workmen. The HR representative play a very vital role as a bridge between Production Department and Labour supervisor .Further, most of the such manpower oriented introducing various incentive schemes to achieve production targets.
Many congratulations to raise very useful issue and best of luck.
Thanks & Regards,
RK Bajpai

Preeti,
Segregate all the problems in separate individual problems and ascertain whether any legal action / case can be initiated for redressal of such a problem under relevant Labour Laws and take action accordingly.
