Dear Subbaraodva,
240 days inclusive of weekly off & any holidays for regular employees. & 190 days for seasonal workers. (Maternity Leave also needs to be include during calculation)
As per Sec 2A of PGA, 1972, An employee said to be in continuous service irrespective its interrupted through sickness, absent, LOP etc. (have precised in my words)
Don't get confuse..
If any employee take sabbatical for more than a year, on a long break (more than a year), . all these conditions will be treated as "NON - CONTINUOUS"
