Hi all,
I work for NGO in Karnataka. I would like to know what is the procedure to follow the leave entitlement. Basically how many PL/SL/CL is mandatory.
My Organization also has RH which is included in the Leave Policy.
Could you pls explain me about
CL, SL, EL, & ofcourse RH (Restricted Holiday)

In our company we are following 12 AL, 12 CL , (one CL per month basis,) 15 PL those who have completed thier probationary period. Regards Kirubakaran.

Instead of using a spreadsheet which is a very manual process, how about using a dedicated leave management application - that saves you lots of the data entry that you mention.
We are currently using leavebooker.com for this and are very happy so far. We also looked at Relpicon but it was too expensive and not so easy to use.
