Dear Sanchi, In professional world it is beneficial to make your supervisor strong and informed. This will make you strong in return. In your case should accept your mistake of bypassing, in front of your RM in person and take care. This incidence will take time to subside. All the best.

Festive Greetings to all of you.
I would like to know couple of things on HR Statutory / or generally practising in India off-late.
1. PF Rules... Is that 6500/- (Basic +DA)Ceiling is still there .. If any organisation someone is getting PF at the Joining date and he/she leaves the company after 3 months , will the employee can withdraw the PF ?
2. Ex-gratia ... Rules & regulation to apply the same... whom we can provide and whom we cannot... what is the benefit of Exgratia for an employee and employer..
3. Gratuity act.. how to calculate... pls put one example...
