Dear Jaya,
Dont loose ur confidence and start work with full confidence because u get good chance to work in MNC company. If u spend time with MNC at least one year, u will get golden opportunity after that in some other company.
Never leave any company before new company gives u offer letter or their any employment doc.
And if u still feel bad, try in ur previous org and ur ex boss. May be he/she understand ur problem and give u second chance to work with them. All the best
