Hi All
I am in agreement with all the opinions shared by senior members. In addition to above, certain industries having their own Corporate Group Medical policy for the employees drawing salary above Rs 15000 to meet their medical attendance expenses with respect to their category and also at the same time they have been privileged with Accident policy to compensation for any accident and injuries occurred during the course of working. The formula and authorization of amount is decided by the management and the CTC drawn by the respective employees for the coverage and limit of the policy.
