Mr. Atul,
I dont want to join issues with you. We were only questioning the very basic skills that one requires, before embarking on accepting a responsibility. Even if a person is appointed in a particular job or position, it is the responsibility of both the organisation as well as the job holder to provide / seek clarity regarding the roles & responsibilities. If there is a skill gap, again it is the responsibility of both the job holder as well as the organisation to fill the same through self-development, by joining a course or read books or undergo the requisite training.
When a person posts a query here, without knowing the very basic requirements of a job role, what we seniors are supposed to do ? Conduct online classes or write pages after pages of advice and guidance on elaborate serious topics like recruitment ? I have a training module on Recruitment which will take one full day. How should I present it here ? What we meant is to do proper home work before coming here with a query. For this generation, internet is a boon. Even CiteHR has answers for all queries on all HR topics. Exhaust all options before coming here. Please think over, before responding.
We dont mean to be rude but only question the basics/ fundamentals. That is our only intention. If you misinterpret it as something rude, am sorry, I cant help it.
I have been observing one thing all these days. Youngsters of this generation has no patience in going through books, print material to read and understand. They assume that the seniors are here to provide instant solutions to their queries. We have reached this stage, by reading lots of books, articles etc and questions are asked only to seek clarification, real-life experiences, interpretation of rules etc.
Best wishes

Dear Sundaram,
My intention was not to make you angry. It is absolutely right that youngsters don't have patience in today's technology world because everything they get with just one click or a little bit search. Also all Sr. ppl are here to share their experiences and knowledge part with them. It is very helpful for all of them to learn every day new things with your experience. I am really sorry if my words hurted you or any other. My point was very simple that lots of simple and basic questioned comes in forum and in other way if possible we can give the possible reply. so that it'll be helpful to one. you all are doing great jobs and hope it'll be always here for all of us in future too.
