We have a requirement for MBA - HR & Systems or MCA or BE Comp. Science who has some experience in developing a HRIS for a HR Dept.
- If the guy / girl is a qualified HR person, then atleast exposure in handling compensation & benefits viz. bench marking salaries, preparation of budget, handled salary revision for a
big organisation is a must.
- Good in communication, team player, good in ms office preferably excel / access. The position will be based at corporate office, chennai reporting AGM - HR.
