Keshav Korgaonkar ,no psu or in govt they include statuary payments in ctc including some good organizations.it is only many organizations include these things to attract and hike the ctc to market and to show that they are good paymasters.if they include statuary employers liability also in ctc while bargaining why they should not include elect.water,work place sitting place charges also to ctc as they also cost to company because of the candidate?
