You are Educational Institute then you have to follow and comply the following labour laws in Delhi-
Applicable Acts
1)The Employees Provident Funds And Miscellaneous Provision's Act,1952.
2)Minimum Wages Act,1946.
3)Contract Labour (Regular and Abolition) Act,1970.
4)Inter-State Migrant Workmen (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act,1979.
5)Maternity Benefit Act,1960.
6)Industrial Disputes Act,1961.
7)Payment of Bonus Act,1965.
8)Building and Other Construction Workers ( Regulation of Employment and Condition of Service) Act,1966.
9)Labour Laws (Exemption from Furnishing Returns and Maintaining Registers by Certain Establishments) Act,1988.
10)Child Labour (Prohibition & Regulation) Act,1986.
11)Equal Remuneration Act,1976.
12)Payment of Gratuity Act,1979.
In addition to the above, you are also covered by the Delhi School Education Act and hence compliance thereof and other statutory bodies.
