Dear Saurabh,
In IT industry PF,ESIC(inspite of the fact if you don't have employess whose gross is less than Rs10,000/,you have to file nil returns),Shops and Establishment,Your concerned state government welfare fund ex(MLWB-Maharastra labour wefare Board).These are basic laws apart from Maternity act,Minimum wages Act etc.I hope even our seniors would add some more to this.Good Luck
