Dear Madhu,
I have one more query relating to Contract Labour License. Is there any limit for maximum amendments in Labour License under Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition)- 1970 within any specified period for the reason of increase in nos. of labours. For example: I have taken Labour License for 200 labours, & after 03 months i am applying to amend license for 300 Labours, and Again i will apply to amend license for 400 labours within 03 month. So , is it possible to get license amended for 02 to 04 times within 01 year only for the reason of increased manpower.
Is there any provision in Contract Labour Act relating to said issue.
With Best Regards,
Ram Ahir

No, the Act is silent in this regard. Therefore, you can apply for amendment. Regards, Madhu.T.K

Dear Friends,
As in running time we have found that its too difficult for Employees / Workers to take benefit from ESIC so its better to have Group Mediclaim / WC Policy for Employees / Workers. In recent time we have seen that more than 3 to 4 days are totally loss for paper work.
Regards,
Arihant.
