You can send PF Form 13 (R) duly filled in columns pertains to you thru your present employer to your previous company with a covering letter and ask them to enclose Form 13 (R) duly attested by them, Form-5, Form-10, Form-3A & Particulars of Non-contributory service in your employment (Breaks in reckonable service) and submit the same to PF office for effecting transfer of PF accumulations.

one employee left job after 9.5 years service to company. he claimed PF withdrawal. his account setteled but he would eligible for Pension Scheme. after 2 years he rejoined same company. his PF deduction with another Number. how to transfer Pension Amount or how to withdraw the amount which gone to Pension scheme.

Dear Srinivasarao & Mr. Dhananjay, The position is my previous employer had deducted an amount of Rs. 205876 against PF and had not deposited in the LPF account but had given me the declaration in form 16 ITR.
LPFO had intimated that the amounts are not deposited or the company had not filed any returns.
Kindly guide me further

Dear Mr. Dhananjay,
I had enquired in the LPFO regarding my PF deductions. My previous employer had deducted Rs. 2.08 Lakhs against PF and declared the same in form 16 ITR.
LPFO office says that the company had not submitted the returns.
Pls guide me further

Sir,
You can fill up in form No:13 transfer mentioning previous pf number and current pf number along with the 3A (Revised) of your previous employer will be submit to pf office for transfer.

Sir,
You can continue your pension scheme from previous company (9.5 years) has worked to new company for effect pension scheme you can submit your previous scheme certificate copy to pf office for continuity of your pension scheme to new company.

In PF transfer you should have UAN(universal account number) and go your log in site uanmembers.epfoservices.in and in your login site go to Previous member id menu and go list previous member id and fill details of your previous PF no and submit, another way fill the form TRANSFER CLAIM FORM (FORM 13(REVISED) fill details and sign previous owner and submit in your Regional office for transfer.

I have mentioned in the earlier post that to submit application. But sorry to not mentioned clearly about to submit the application along with Form 13 , 3 A, 5 and 10, which is require necessary to submit.
I am not misleading any one through any message, information which tiill date have posted.
Whatever Information I have, just only share to Citehr friends. This might be possible not cent percent right & correct. But It will never be 'erroneous'. Every day of ours is learning and learning is a continuous process which helps for strategic & mentally fitness.
