Mr Chandu, if you are the principal employer then you can ask your contractor to apply for the ESI code and deposit the contribution in that code. But if you are a contractor and you already have a code number then you can deposit the contribution in that number. It is the duty of your contractor to have a code number and deposit the contribution but the ultimate responsibility is that of the principal employer since the contract employees are working in his premises.

ok do one ting you give your friends name r relation name, after ESIC registration for three months u pay the esic & pf contribution after that u decrease ur employes for 5 r 4 people it is posible
