A good human resources employee develops and manages their company’s culture. They recruit new hires, maintain benefits and payroll, mediate conflict and engage in training and development. Their role is at the core of a company’s success.

Some typical daily tasks for an HR worker include:
Consult with employers to identify needs and preferred qualifications

The term human resources was first coined in the 1960s when the value of labor relations began to garner attention and when notions such as motivation, organizational behavior, and selection assessments began to take shape. Human resource is one of the most essential resources for any organization and its development that is if the organization is self-motivated and growth-oriented. Unlike the other essential resources that the organization works with the human resource is most potential and capable of helping the organization grow and develop in the right direction.
Human resource management (HRM) is the strategic approach to the effective management of organization workers so that they help the business gain a competitive advantage, commonly known as the HR Department, it is designed to maximize employee performance in service of an employer's strategic objectives. HR is primarily concerned with the management of people within organizations, focusing on policies and on systems. HR departments are responsible for overseeing employee-benefits design, employee recruitment, training and development, performance appraisal, and rewarding (e.g., managing pay and benefit systems).
