What you are saying absolutely correct. I am also in the same situation as surendra. So it would be grateful to suggest surrendra and myself how to change this situation and mindset of the employees to understand the importance of ID card and to wear those id cards regularly while entering the office.
Looking for reply (suggestions).

pl put up a notice that from so and so date wearing id is made compulsory and no body will be allowed in side the office without badge and will be stopped at the entry point.then you job will be done

Dear Mr. Surenndra, You can also check with your employee that where they perfer to keep ID card (neack, shirt left packet or belt line). Some employee avoid to wear in neck. Thanks Amar

Dear friends,
I feel a notice should be displayed on the notice board in the following words:
Notice
It has been observed that some employees are not wearing their Identity card on their person. Please note that uniform and identity cards are issued to have uniformity in the company. By not wearing identity card for which Company has invested, the concern employees are not adhering to the norms of the company.
All such employees are hereby advised to wear their identity card on their person and maintain the uniformity in the Company.
