Could someone please help me with the below question.
Yesterday i attended the interview(technical One) for 4-6 Yrs Mainframes position.At the end of the interview am very confident about my selection,since i did my interview very well.
After a day, i called the HR (from initially whom i got interview call),to know the interview status,He said "My status is still on Hold" Whether is that means,my application is not considered. What it does mean? On hearing the status, i was little surprised.
I am very sure about my candidature, it looks a right fit for the position. Is that HR responsibility to send the feedback to candidate.
Could some one please help me in this regard.
