The way I look at stress is that we experience stress because of our belief system; it is not the events that make me stressful but how I interpret these events. Authors like Eckhart Tolle ( Power of Now, Stillness Speaks ), Neale Donald Walsh - Converstions with God and also teaching of Jesus, Budha ....have been of immense help to me dealing with my stress

In addition to mere classroom training on Stress Management it will be good if it is clubbed with Stress management workshop, which should contain providing practical experience of managing stress to the attendees.
