It was a great expression of thought, but what is seen majorly in the big organizations is that the person who follows evrything correctly is the one who suffers with promotions & rewards & recognitions....I related it to that situtaion and I found it the best PPT....

Courage is a hard thing to figure. You can have courage based on a dumb idea or mistake, but you’re not supposed to question adults or your coach or your teacher because they make the rules. May be they know best, but may be they don’t.
It all depends on who you are, where you come from. Didn’t at least one of the six hundred guys think about giving up and joining with the other side?
I mean, valley of death that’s pretty salty stuff. That’s why courage it’s tricky. Should you always do what others tell you to do?
Sometimes you might not even know why you’re doing something. I mean any fool can have courage. But honor, that’s the real reason you either do something or you don’t. It’s who you are may be who you want to be.
If you die trying for something important that you have both honor and courage and that’s pretty good. That you should hope for courage and try for honor. And maybe even pray that the people telling you what to do have some, too.

An old article presented in an attractive way. Especially the last statement is perfectly right.

Dear Khedkar, Very Very Good!!!!!!!! Thanx a lot. In many situation people tend to take the most convenient decision knowing very well that it is not the corect decision. Expediency often proves to be very costly. Great job !!!!! Kudos: KK

Hi Prafulla,
That's an amazing ppt. Excellent food for thought. However, in a situation like the one which was shown on the ppt, one has to make a quick decision and very often the time needed to analyze the situation is just not there. Therefore, decisions that are made could eventually be wrong, but one cannot blame yourself.
However, when you have the time to think things through, and analyze the same, this ppt is very helpful i.e. to keep in mind the end effect of our decisions and to avoid making snap decisions.

MaryAnn
