The data provided by members are right, but you have forgot to adjust the Statutory Deductions like PF & PT. Please do not forget, any statutory obligation should be considered eventhough an employee resigned. Based on Date of Resignation, PF & PT to be adjusted and should be remitted.

i understand your point and trying to validate:
we can take only fixed salary into consideration while computing full n final settlement and employee is eligible for reimbursement up to the date he has worked with the organization.
organization can not make any recovery or stop the reimbursement part of the employee.

Dear, You can calculat salary + reimbursement, because the reimbursement is a part of CTC.

notice pay mans only Basic + D.A( if pplicable). Otherwise what you have provided in the appointment letter that will prevail like only fixed components like Basic + HRA + Other allowances etc.
