You finished u r MBA HR and still thinking that you are not an HR that is why your are thinkin you need to get developed more as you told that you are a recruiter. Recruiting field it self indicates that you are an HR an year of experience with performance secuess or unsucuess makes u the senior Tech rek because if u are unsucuess also u get to know the knowledge in it. The next level of the HR is a BDM who recruit recruiters gets the business for the comp allot the work to different groups( sales recruiters, technical recruiters and BDExectives) just the role is to get the business for the company and see the work get completed by the recruiters so u r next step is a manager... think u got it and all this could be done by your Smart work not by the peerformence not by the hard work think of it see steps to get to the 4th floar directly skipping the 3rd as u r already in the 2nd floar
