Something like readers digest, or even a nice magazine
avoid news paper - because - u will start really getting tensed and worried on seeing certain news. You need to keep your mind relaxed and - stay away from spicy food at night.
wash your feet - b4 sleep... that will really help Develop a routine - be strict with your timings

dont argue with anybody before going to sleep while going to sleep take breathe slowly and release it for 20 times surely u will be in deep sleep,it will improve ur consciousness for the next day

Thanks for sharing information. I would like to share some information on dont's after meals.
1. Dont walk immediately after dinner, it effects your digestion system- walk after half an hour.
2. Dont take fruits immediately after meals
3. Dont take cigarettes after meals
4. Dont sleep after dinner, atleast 2 hours gap should be there
5. Dont bathe after meals, as we need more blood for digestion after meals, if take bathe some part of blood will go all parts of your body, lacking sufficient blood for diegestion system effects our body

One tip I want to give : Drink 4 or 5 packs and It will help u a lot. after 4-5 packs u dont need any bed room, AC, fan etc... U just can sleep any where and wakeup in morning only..
