Please help me in how to prepare an offer letter for this case. The situation is like this,
My organization is going to recruit freshers from Colleges and then company will be giving training to the fresher with the help of Outside training institutes. Now there is a Bond for 1.5 Years, how to prepare the offer letter? It's urgent help me out.
