If your employee has done something wrong then its your managements or HR's responsibility bcoz consultsnts are only for sourcing and preliminary screening as per JD.you can not issue warning letter to manpower consultant.

Hi It is your internal problem. you cannot issue any warning letter to consultant. There is no profer reason to issue a letter. reg murthy

Your action does not make any sense. You have to issue warning letter or termination letter only to your employee and not to the consultant.
