In fact, there is no possibility to create a new ESI while joining a new company but the only possibility is to use the same IP number when you join new company. With this you will enjoy all benefits based on contributory conditions in the new company right from the day of joining. Therefore, while joining, please give the current ESI number to the HR Executive who is doing the onboarding process.
