Dear Team, Just want to check regarding the salary bands for a DotNet Developer From fresher to 5years experience. In the recent trends after post pandemic things have ben changed a lot. Earlier For a fresher, we used to give 1.44LPA with a service agreement. But now the trend seems to be 2.4LPA to 3LPA for a fresher.
