Dear Fraternity,
I have few queries regarding month closing by 25th and paying salaries by 1st of every month. I would like to understand how the following scenarios are dealt;
1. If any employee joins after 25th then how his PF and ESI contributions are paid for the month.
2. If some one joined on 1st day of the month will he/she be paid full month salary of 25 days only.
3. likewise , if someone left after 25th (assuming that he has been paid for the full month) , how the excess salary is treated.
4. Month days variations 28/30/31 ( ex. if you are paying salary for the month of March and you have actual attendance for 3 Days of Feb and 25 Days of March =28 Days ) in this case is it paid for full 31 days ?

Will appreciate responses from members who are actually operating on the salary administration model.

Warm Regards
