Hi, If a person has served in one company for 5 months and then after served in another company for 3 months then is he eligible to withdraw the pension amount? As the first company's pension amount not withdrawn due to less than a 6-month service. Please reply.

Pension i.e account 10 is not claimable at present unless the member attains 58 of age, however there are two exceptions, 1) leaving permanently india 2 ) death
Since inception of UAN all accounts are to be clubbed in single UAN and it has to be maintained till 58 of age of the employee, account 10, i.e EPS is retirement benefit for the employee and the amount is deposited from the employer side.
Please keep your UAN updated and transferred / merged with present employer always to avail maximum benefits
