Dear All, I have 2 pf member no with the same UAN I had requested an online claim transfer request which was accepted by the field officer after that with a gap of 6 months I raise an online withdrawal request form 10c and 19. from that I receive a full amount of 19 but 1/3 amount of 10 c. then a raise an EPFO grievance request where they accept yes I do have an amount in pension column then again I raise a request 10 c and I was rejected by field officer with a remark 'amount settled'.
please confirm what should I do.

Dear Sumit,
Greetings !!!,

form 19 amount was fully withdraw and form 10c amount is 1/3 withdraw and rest balance is showing in passbook.
Further pf is not considering online claim giving a final result with ( fully settled)
Now it was advised to me to fill offline 10c form to pf office with a passbook copy attached and letter of grievance.
