Dear Bhuvana,
Career advancement does not happen only if you do some short-duration course. As such you are MBA, therefore, you have a great scope to implement whatever you have learnt. I strongly recommend you going through the textbooks of MBA once again and find out the opportunity of implementing whatever you have learnt.
Identify is there any need to create policy, SOP etc. Make sure that there is a free flow of information and employees do not have to run around to take directions or they are choked because of the non-availability of the information.
The second thing is about cost reduction. Find out ways, is there any scope to reduce the cost scientifically. Your proposal to reduce the cost will earn laurels from your top management.
Thanks,
