Hello Respected seniors,
I am Daksh and working in a call centre for French Language expert in noida and my joining was in mid of November 2018 . Now my manager told me To search another job as they don’t have so much work now . He told that we have the tenure agents who can do the work and now they don’t need us because all of their backlog has been finished now .. so what should I do because it’s totally unfair and it will harmfully effect my future .. kindly suggest me so that I can proceed further . And this company did the same thing with so many agents . They hire on their season time and once their backlog finished they unfairly fired the agents

If you knew the history of firing by the company,you should have taken the right decision of not joi ning.Nothing much can be done and legal battles will take you nowhere but enriching lawyers.
