According to factories and establishment act, the minimum and the limit of working hours would be 9 hours for a adult (whose age is more than 18); if any employee working more than 9 hours can get the double of regular wage pay.
what ever the changes you are changing according, that has to be update to factories inspector, if the women employees are working; their working hours cannot be in the time of 10.00 PM to 5.00 PM
Break can be minimum of 30 minutes not exceding time of 5.30 hours of continuous work means for every 5.30 hours of shift, employees need a 30 minute break; in your case you can give only 1 break not less than 30 minutes; with the break time total working hours should not more than 12 hours a day.
if you still having doubts, kindly check your local state of factories act
