We are taking medical insurance for our employees, i need to announce that on a social platform could you please provide a format for the same.

There is no separate format for such message.
In simple terms list out the policy and its advantages and name of hospital/doctors where employee has to go if sick or injured.
Terms and conditions of medical insurance should be made clear and unambiguous.
