Hello Friends, I want to write a generic email to our employee who are traveling by office cab to client site abot; board on time and not let the cab wait for long to pick up in group travel, to follow dress code, to avoid taking alcohol while traveling etc. Please help

Dear Noopur, You have the content for emailing.Take the employee list, give a detailed reasoning why you want them to follow these points and send. I think not much needs to be done on this.

Dear Noorpurk:
Even if it a generic email, regardless of the subject, it needs to be individualized. This personal touch, makes the person feel he is not just anybody, but someone who counts and for whom you care.
The generic part, would detail the SOPs - in the present instance details about travelling - but a line or two in the beginning and towards the end, must sound personal. It helps build relationships.
Hope this sounds both logical and rational.
