Dear All,
If employee working at manufacturing firm he/She can avail the leaves as per Factory Act but employer do not provide any kind of leave for period of 6 month (Probation Period). Is it legally right/ No.
Please share your Thoughts.

The Factories Act provide for annual leave, but it accrues only after completion of 240 days work in a calendar year. So Factories Act will not help you, but your unit may be covered under Standing Orders Act and you check it if there is certified Standing Order or else the relevant Model Standing Order would be applicable in which there would be provision for CL.
