Dear Community
Client's requirements at times surprise you - A repeat client of mine, where I also conducted 360 feedback for 45 of their management team (besides KRA fixation & Compa-Ratio usage in salary correction), has asked if the scores can also be depicted in the Johari window...
I have never attempted that in the past. However, when I tried, was able to fill "Open" & "Blind" panes with the help of scores, but I was unable to fill the "Hidden" ('Known to Self' & 'Not known to others' pane). The "Unknown" pane would obviously be blank.
Any insights/suggestions ???

Dear Sandiep Gorvar,
The heading of the article could have been "360 Degree Feedback based on Johari Window".
Anyway, coming to the solution. Your challenge is that "Hidden" quadrant of the Johari Window is remaining blank. The reason for this obvious. You have taken feedback from others. In this quadrant, traits of the personality get recorded where one knows about oneself but others don't know about it. How come others will be able to give the feedback if they don't have any exposure to the persoality trait(s) of that individual? Therefore, nothing wrong if you leave this quadrant blank. Since this quadrant is left blank, out of four now two quadrants will remain blank.
It is your good luck that you could chance to do this higher-level HR activity. Nevertheless, how your client will measure ROI on this activity or how you will help your client in measuring ROI will be a question that will arise in the minds of the readers of this post. Therefore, if you throw light on this factor, HR fraternity will be thankful to you. Lastly, what was the nature of the industry of your client?
Thanks,
Dinesh Divekar
