Dear Shivi,
More than points to be included in the feedback, what matters is maturity of the members who give feedback. Do they have through knowledge of the competencies on which they will assess their peers? Have they been trained systematically on how to give feedback? If not, then with their half or partial knowledge they could do more harm than good. Therefore, please take into account this risk before going ahead with the exercise.
