Hello, Regarding above title, i want to know that, if any industrial establishment retrenched by taking forcibly resignation of the the graduate employees who was worked in Machine shop as a machine operator, after seven years the Honorable Labour Court pass the order in favour of employees reinstatement with full back-ways and continuity in service. During seven years the said employee completed the post graduate degree in MSW -HR and D.L.L. & L.W. and also he has a Registration of Labour Welfare.
In such condition, can this Industrial establishment will give him a chance to update the Educational Qualification and change the previous work (machine operator) to Human Resource Department considering the "Career Opportunity" ?

Armed with professional qualification in HR you are in a better position to bargain with the employer but it is entirely upto the management to decide where to post you. As you are coming after a bitter court battle, it may be very difficult to the management to have trust and confidence in you, both being essential for entry into HR function. May be, you can start with the old technical line and as time passes and with the confidence in you growing up, the company may consider putting you in HR at a later date rather much later date. Anyhow it is important to start on a positive note and make your interest clear to the top management.

Reinstatement as per Labour Court Order will be the guiding factor.Employee will be reinstated in his earlier position prior to Retrenchment. After collecting back wages & other benefits, you may think of appropriate position elsewhere considering your Educational Qualification.It may not be advisable to seek suitable position in HR Department in the present Organization
