Dear Sneha, CTC breakup does not mean gross or net salary thus you can add on as extra benefits in CTC rather than gross or net.

All the Allowances/Incentives/Other Perks should be included in Gross Salary only. For Queries Write me to my G M A I L id: arvino.thehindu

Gross salary is falls under direct cost. Food Allowance (Sodexo Coupon) should be a part of indirect cost.... If u add into gross salary then u r take home salary will increase, then in that case how further you can provide additional sodexo coupon to the employee?
