Dear Sir,
My EPF account no. is DSNHP00000000000012 and my UAN no.is 100012555.
I had submitted my PF advance request on 02/09/17.
Whenever i checked the status of request, the message prompt as "Claim Form 31 for PF Advance AGAINST Member Account No (DSNHP00000000000012) has been approved for payment. Payment is under process." since 09/09/2017.
BUT EPFO Sa; That Claim (Form 31) has been settled on dated 06/09/2017 amounting to Rs.60000/- sent through Neft transfer (cheuqe No. 795821) which has been sent to member's saving account as mentioned in KYC details,
But My Account No has Change From Bank so how to withdraw my ammount
