Casual and/or Sick leave are applicable on probation period too. To avail CL/SL please refer your company's leave policy, its probably leave application form or leave card updation by your reporting/HR manager.

Correct phrase is entitlement not availability.
Now either you are factory or an establishment.
Factory: Since CL / SL is not defined under the factories act, the entitlement will be governed by company's leave policy.
Establishment: If CL & SL is mentioned in the applicable shops act,the entitlement will be as per the provisions of shops act; if there is no mention of CL/ SL, the entitlement will be as per company's leave policy.
